Justin is originally from Bowling Green, KY, but has practiced in and around the Nicholasville and Lexington community since 2013. His main areas of practice revolve around real estate, planning & zoning, estate planning and administration, and related fields. He has always chosen to work in service oriented fields, and prides himself on putting others first. He takes this same approach to his representation of clients.
Erica Roland
Attorney
Erica grew up in an Air Force family and decided to put roots down in Central Kentucky in 2007. She began her legal career in Lexington. Erica helped open the Nicholasville Public Defenders Office in 2014 where she practiced exclusively Criminal Defense with a focus on serious felonies. Her main areas of practice are Criminal Defense, DUI, Family Law, Veterans’ Issues, and related
matters. She believes everyone should have a voice in the justice system and strives to be that voice for her clients.
Heather Warren

Heather began practicing law in Jessamine County in 2013. Heather has always had an eye toward using her love of the law to help people. Her main areas of practice are civil litigation, estate planning and administration, family law, and related areas. Heather is not only dedicated to her clients, she has experience to back it up.

Mr. Arvin practiced for over fifty years and established himself as one of the preeminent and most respected individuals and attorneys in and around Central Kentucky. Today, he actively pursues many endeavors and still provides general guidance and mentorship to those around the office, while not actively pursuing new legal matters.
